Datahead common problems and how to fix

If your Datahead is saying Settings could not be downloaded from the registration site – error failed to download terminal setting – please check the phone is not in airplane mode you can do this by sliding down from the top of the screen, or check your mobile data is on, you can do this by going into settings then going into sim cards, if that doesn’t work you will need to enable card 2 if its not on, you do that by going into sim cards then turning sim card 2 on with the little toggle that will then turn orange. If that doesn’t work you need to download the app on  your own phone, by going to the app store or play store and downloading the  autocab driver companion app, then log in with your email address and password.

If a driver has any issues that we are unable to fix after office hours or over a weekend when no one is here, You will have to download the app on your own mobile phone, as above.
